Sage tea for summer


I was a bit overwhelmed by work this morning. I need some fresh air and a little break so I picked some sage leaves from our back yard.



I made a pot of sage tea with sugar and lime.(+ sugar or a couple drops of honey)




It was really good!

it looks like a calming pot of tea! I never thought to make tea out of sage! you are lucky that you work at home!

this looks really nice, i make mint tea and thyme tea from my garden, that is also very nice! i have also sage, i am going to try it.
