I've been making bread for breakfast everyday.

naan

combination of no knead bread and Chinese green scallion pancake.

and today is walnut, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg.

I'm going to try onion bread and olive bread.
I tried to use buckwheat flour to make no knead bread once. It was really
good.

This recipe for naan is not bad. I found that use yogurt or milk to replace with
water adds very good aroma to the bread but
you don't really need the egg though.

If you add eggs, butter and milk (replacing the water) for the no knead bread recipe
and it will become basic sweet bread
recipe which can be cinnamon rolls and brioche.

Similar to no knead bread, Artisan bread in five minutes a day is a good book.
